The Blue Light Weekend in August promises to be an unforgettable experience, made even better by the HEY! Volunteers who are all geared up to make your visit truly fantastic!

From the moment you set foot on to Withernsea's promenade, the HEY! Volunteers will be there to greet you. Whether you're a local resident or a visitor from afar, these friendly faces will offer a helping hand whenever needed.

Navigating a bustling event like the Blue Light Weekend can sometimes be overwhelming, but fear not! The HEY! Volunteers will be stationed at various information points throughout the area, ready to provide you with directions, answer your questions and help you make the most of your time in Withernsea. Their knowledge and expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that you don't miss out on any of the exciting activities and attractions.

HEY! Volunteering was born out of the programme that began in 2016 to support Hull’s year as UK City of Culture the following year. It now boasts about 2,500 volunteers, supporting arts, culture and heritage right across our region.
