We are excited to announce the Blue Light Weekend, a family-friendly event filled with fun and activities for all ages and abilities. Scheduled to take place across two days in August 2023, the weekend promises to be an unforgettable celebration of our coast and emergency services.
The first pilot event, held in August 2022, was a big success, thanks to our partnership with Active Withernsea and the remarkable efforts of our local volunteer organising committee. Now, building on the wave of enthusiasm from our community, we're looking forward to making this event an annual fixture in Withernsea.
One of its most exciting aspects is the revival of some beloved local traditions, such as the raft race and runaround, which are sure to create lasting memories.
However, to bring this vision to life, we need your help.

We are appealing to local businesses and individuals who wish to support this unique event through sponsorship.
